An air conditioner is an electronic machine that pumps cooling into space and expels heat from that space. It projects cool air into the room on one hand and on the other hand sink heat from the room. It has a compressor that works efficiently with other electronic elements to perform better. Mostly ACs has two main components one is an inner machine and the other is an outer fan.
Types of ACs
There are various types of AC’s are available in the market. One can count the series of ACs like basic central AC ductless AC’s, window AC, portable AC, hybrid Ac and geothermal AC. Anyhow, which may be the type is, it works on compressor & condenser. Both main element projects cooling in the space or room.

Power of AC
The power of the AC’s may be different from another on the basis of their tons eg. 1 ton, 1.5 ton, 2 ton and more. Now, tons of AC can be measured the cooling effect on square feet. For a square foot, you need .0016 tons of an air conditioner.
It means that you can measure square foot your room and then you can buy your suitable tons of AC. And in general, for 600 hundred square foot you need a 1-ton type of air conditioner. Further, you can measure your requirement accordingly.

Function of AC
Some AC’s have one function and i/e cooling whereas, now, AC’s have both functions. AC’s can cool in the summer season and can heat in the winter season. In summer, it sucks heat and fills cool air but in winter it sucks cool air and fills heat in the room. Such AC’s are called inverter Acs.
Ac’s installation must be done by an expert for the proper functioning of that. And an expert must keep an eye on the space of the room and the power of an AC suitable for that room.

Is the main point on which this article has been written? AC is a luxurious appliance of a home. A middle man can’t afford the electricity bill of an Ac. According to the energy consumption calculator,
1 ton AC consumes almost 1500 watt energy whereas 1-ton inverter AC is equal to 900. Similarly, 1.5 ton of AC consumes 2000 watt whereas, 1.5-ton inverter AC is equal to 1200 watt and so on accordingly.
Summary
Air conditioner whichever is its kind consumes more or less energy. Anyhow, a lucid man can’t afford the billing of an AC. The main thing that I going to discuss here is that the inverter type of AC’s consumes very less electricity thus affordable.
Wall AC’s or other AC’s than inverter consume more power and give pressure on the electricity consumption bills which is an unreliable thing.
